These brave men and women used assassinations, terrorist acts, sabotage, guerrilla warfare, and open revolt by armed resistance, all under the blessing of God. At no point in Judges are these freedom fighters condemned because they used force to destroy tyranny. Instead, they are described in glowing terms as heroes.
